Milling rotary extractors are employed for extracting bulk materials from large storage areas, like silos, sheds, etc. ARCEMI Impianti produces two models of such extractors:

1. weighing type with belt feeder and weighing system (throughput up to 700 m³/h)
2. compact type (throughput up to 200 m³/h).

ARCEMI Impianti designs and manufactures moving bottom extractors, installed under collecting pits or large size silos, for extracting both wet and dusty materials. Such extractors are mainly constituted by:

• standing frame
• moving frame with pushing elements
• hydraulic actuating cylinders, complete of hydraulic driving station.

ARCEMI Impianti manufactures two different models of slat extractors / apron feeders:

• “heavy” version, for “heavy-duty” extraction of materials, like clinker, coal, limestone, raw bauxite, with DIN 8167 bush chain or CATERPILLAR type
• “light” version, for extraction of less heavy materials, like plastic, waste, sludge, with DIN 8167 bush chain.

Multiscrew batch feeders, produced by ARCEMI Impianti, are designed according to own manufacturing standards and represent an effective system at variable capacity for extracting and dosing materials.

ARCEMI manufactures the complete range of machines for belt transporting (flat belt conveyors, two rolls idlers belt conveyors, three rolls idlers belt conveyors, belt extractors, in weighing execution as well, sliding belt conveyors, belt conveyors with tripper and stacker), in special execution also and for specific applications on request.
